What are the likely biggest transfers of the summer?

Lionel Messi to Al Hilal

After a mixed two years with Paris Saint-Germain, Lionel Messi is set to leave the club after a conflict of interest in the upcoming project.

His contract with the Parisian club is running out this summer and former club Barcelona have been heavily linked with bringing the legend back to the Camp Nou, but Al Hilal have already put in a big offer for the World Cup winner.

Messi has scored 15 goals and picked up 15 assists in 28 Ligue 1 games this season as PSG are all set to win the title again.

Jude Bellingham to Real Madrid

Despite strong interest from Liverpool over the course of the season, Jude Bellingham looks to set to join Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.

The 19-year-old is currently in a title race with Borussia Dortmund, but he has been a target to many big clubs for the past two season. A good display at the 2022 FIFA World Cup also boosted his reputation.

No deal has been agreed yet, but Los Blancos are looking to get everything signed sooner rather than later to avoid any late competition.

Declan Rice to Arsenal

Another English midfielder who could be on the move this summer is West Ham captain Declan Rice.

Rice has shown season after season that he is able to learn and improve his overall game in the middle of the park. The Hammers have been poor in the league this year, but they have reached the semi-final of the Europa Conference League.

Arsenal seem to be favourites to sign the England international, but Manchester City and Newcastle United are also interested in Rice.
