England will go head to head with Spain for the biggest prize in the game as they meet in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup final at Stadium Australia in Sydney, Australia.

Sarina Wiegman's Lionesses beat co-hosts Australia 3-1 in the semifinal thanks to goals from Ella Toone, Lauren Hemp and Alessia Russo. Like Spain, they will be playing in their first Women's World Cup final.

La Roja reached the final with a win over Sweden in the last four. Real Madrid's Olga Carmona scored a late winner to give Spain a 2-1 victory.

What time is Women's World Cup final?

The Women's World Cup final between Spain and England will take place on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Stadium Australia in Sydney.

It is the first Women's World Cup final not to take place in July since the 2007 match, which was played in September.
