India are currently taking on Australia in the World Test Championship Final at The Oval in London, England, with things not looking too good for the Indians, with the team being five wickets down and having only put up 151 runs on the board and trailing by 318 runs.

Mohammed Siraj however would be pleased with his bowling performance having taken four wickets while conceding 108 runs over the course of 28.3 overs to curb Australia on the second day.

However, things weren't always easy, with Siraj being hit for two consecutive boundaries by Australian batsman Steve Smith during the first over of the second day. The bowler's frustration clearly showed when on the last ball Smith bowed out at the last moment due to movement near the spider cam, with the Indian pacer confronting the Aussie batter in anger and then throwing the ball in his direction anyway.

'What is going on': Sunil Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri blast Mohammed Siraj

Pundits Sunil Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri who were in the commentators' box were not too pleased with Siraj's antics and lambasted him for his behaviour towards Smith. "What is happening? I mean these are the second and third deliveries of the day," said Gavaskar.

Shastri felt Smith had every right to step away before the ball was bowled as any form of movement in a batsman's line of vision can affect them drastically when facing a delivery, and that Siraj was more angered by the two boundaries he had conceded earlier.

"Steve Smith just backing away. Didn't please Siraj but Smith had every right to move out of the way. It's more the frustration of Siraj being hit for two boundaries. He got sounded off by Rohit Sharma the previous ball," said Shastri on air.
