He was spotted in the stands, enjoying the action as England extended their dominance in the match. His presence at the cricket ground garnered a lot of attention on social media as well.

How did England perform on Day 3 Morning?
On the third day, England extended their lead to a commanding 482 runs as Joe Root scored yet another century to enter his name in the history books.
The English side added 226 runs to their overnight total despite Sri Lanka's efforts. The Three Lions were bowled out for 251 runs as they set a target of 483 for the Lankans.
