They suffered a humiliating group stage exit after finishing third in their group behind rivals India and co-hosts and debutants USA.
The South Asian giants lost their opening two games against the US and India which spoiled their party in the competition and led to their early exit.

What did Harbhajan Singh say about Babar Azam?
During a program named Caught & Bold show on Star Sports, Harbhajan and Sreesanth where quizzed on comparisons between multiple players.

Did Harbhajan Singh regret mocking Babar Azam on TV?
According to former Pakistan star Kamran Akmal, Singh reportedly regretted his action as the two recently met during the India champions versus Pakistan champions' friendly clash.
Speaking to reporters after the match, Akmal said,
We spoke about the Babar incident. Babar is undoubtedly Pakistan's number-one batsman. There is no comparison between the legendary Brian Lara and Babar. But as cricketers, we should make fun of other players. That is what I told him and even he regretted his action.
