The Men's Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024 is set to kick off on August 30, 2024, for the 12th edition of the tournament, which has only seen a rise in its popularity over the years.

How many teams will participate in the Men's Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024 season?
The CPL 2024 season will see six teams compete in the twelfth edition of the tournament. Each team brings a mix of seasoned players and young talent, both local and international stars.
Antigua & Barbuda Falcons have replaced the Jamaica Tallawahs franchise for this edition of the tournament.

What is the format of the Men's Caribbean Premier League 2024?
A total of six teams will participate in Caribbean Premier League 2024 season.
All six teams will play 7 matches in the group stage. After the group stage, the top four teams will qualify for the playoffs of the tournament. The format for the playoffs is similar to that used in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
The first and second-placed teams in group stage, will play in the 'Qualifier 1' - the winner of which, will qualify for the final. The third and fourth-placed teams will play in the 'Eliminator'. The loser of the Qualifier 1 and the winner of the Eliminator will contest in the 'Qualifier 2'.
The winner of the Qualifier 2 will clash horns with the winner of the Qualifier 1, in the CPL 2024 Final, on October 7.

What time will the matches start at Men's Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024?
A majority of the league matches of the Men's Caribbean Premier League 2024 will start at 4:30 AM IST (7 PM local time) and 7:30 PM IST (10 AM local time).
As for the playoff matches, they are all scheduled to start at 4:30 AM IST (7 PM local time).
