When will 2023 ODI World Cup fixtures be released?

2023 is going to be a treat for cricket fans around the world. So far from the Indian Premier League (IPL) season, to the World Test Championship (WTC) Final, and the ongoing Ashes, different formats of cricket have been a spectacle to witness.

However, most eyes will be on the ODI World Cup to be held in India from October onwards, with reigning champions set to defend their title against the best cricketing countries in the world.

There is however still no clue as to what the 2023 ODI World Cup's schedule will look like and which venues will host the games to be played with three months remaining before the tournament commences.

However, supporters may get to know how the World Cup schedule will look like very soon.

When will 2023 ODI World Cup fixtures be released?

The International Cricket Council (ICC) is set to host an event at the St Regis Hotel, in Mumbai, which according to many reports will likely see the release of this year's World Cup. It will also in all likelihood see the finalisation of different venues with many fans clamouring to know where the highly expected clash between India and Pakistan will take place. It is reported that the fixtures will be released on June 28.

What is the ODI World Cup format?

Ten teams will compete in the tournament, where they are expected to square off against each other once in a round-robin format followed by the semifinals and the final.
