After dominating the 2023 season to claim a third straight World Drivers' Championship title, Max Verstappen remains the F1 driver with the longest current contract.
The Dutchman has been tied down by Red Bull until 2028 and his teammate Sergio Perez will keep his seat until the end of the 2024 campaign despite his form taking a huge hit throughout last season.
Elsewhere, Lewis Hamilton and George Russell will remain as Mercedes drivers this season, while McLaren's Oscar Piastri has signed a new long-term deal with the British constructors after seriously impressing during his rookie campaign.
This will, however, be Hamilton's final year as a Mercedes driver. He has signed a deal with Ferrari in a move that could put the legacy Italian racing brand in position to have its first driver title since 2007.
The Sporting News provides the full team and driver lineups for the new season, including two teams with fresh names.

Red Bull 2024 lineup
Max Verstappen (end of 2028 season) & Sergio Perez (end of 2024 season)
The current Constructors' Championship victors will remain the same for the upcoming 2024 season, though they'll hope that Perez can catch Verstappen up with his performances.
The Mexican driver exploded out of the starting blocks in 2023 by winning two of the opening four Grands Prix of the year and an F1 Sprint to boot, but ever since, the veteran has looked a shadow of himself.
A number of disappointing qualifying and race performances mean that he's still under pressure to perform, especially as his teammate has cantered to his third World Drivers' Championship title in succession.
Mercedes 2024 lineup
Lewis Hamilton (end of 2024 season) & George Russell (end of 2025 season)
Although it's ultimately proved to be a disappointing season this time around for Mercedes as neither of their drivers have taken a race win, there are still positives to take away, especially given just how bad their 2022 campaign was.
For 2024, both of their British drivers — Lewis Hamilton and George Russell — will be sticking around but Hamilton will be making the switch to Ferrari in 2025.

Ferrari 2024 lineup
Charles Leclerc (end of 2024 season) & Carlos Sainz (end of 2024 season)
Just like their rivals Mercedes, the 2023 season has been absolutely full of ups and downs for Ferrari who have hit the heights like with Carlos Sainz's win in Singapore but on other occasions, have suffered dramatic mishaps.
Sainz and current teammate Charles Leclerc will remain in the cockpit for the 2024 season with the famous Italian constructors but both need to further prove their credentials with Lewis Hamilton set to join the team in 2025.
McLaren 2024 lineup
Lando Norris (end of 2025 season) & Oscar Piastri (end of 2026 season)
The 2023 season may have started in the worst possible way for McLaren but their rise ever since has been fascinating to watch.
The opening race of the year saw Lando Norris and rookie teammate Oscar Piastri massively struggle for pace but both have since gone on to take multiple podium finishes. The young Australian also grabbed his first ever F1 win along the way with victory in Qatar.
His performances have seen him rewarded with a new contract which will run until the end of the 2026 season, whilst Norris will be with the team until at least the 2025 season.
Aston Martin 2024 lineup
Fernando Alonso (end of 2024 season) & Lance Stroll (multi-year contract)
Just like their on-track rivals, Aston Martin have announced the same driver line up for the upcoming 2024 season.
That means that Fernando Alonso will race in yet another Formula One season and will look to gain even more podium finishes after impressing this season. His teammate Lance Stroll remains with the team on a multi-year contract.
Alpine 2024 lineup
Esteban Ocon (end of 2024 season) & Pierre Gasly (end of 2024 season)
Another team who have experienced the very highs and lows during the 2023 season, Alpine will also retain their two current drivers for the upcoming 2024 season.
French duo Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly have grown as a pair this year both on and off the track, looking competitive during the majority of races with both finishing on the podium once apiece.
Stake Sauber 2024 lineup
Valtteri Bottas (end of 2025 season) & Zhou Guanyu (end of 2024 season)
2023 was not a great year for Alfa Romeo but even so, the new incarnation of the team now being powered by Sauber have retained Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu as their pairing for the 2024 season. Alfa Romeo have formally departed with the team's name changed to "Stake". Bottas offers invaluable experience to his team, whilst in flashes, Zhou has shown that he has great pace on the track.
Williams 2024 lineup
Alex Albon (end of 2024 season) & Logan Sargeant (end of 2024 season)
The final seat to be confirmed was Logan Sargeant's at Williams but soon after the 2023 season finished, team principal James Vowles announced that the American rookie would stay with the team for at least another year.
The 22-year-old looked strong in bursts throughout last season but will need to kick on much further in 2024 in order to obtain another new contract following on from there.
In the other seat will be Alex Albon, who Williams will be keen to offer a new contract to over the off-season given his fantastic performances across the 2023 campaign.
Haas 2024 lineup
Nico Hulkenberg (end of 2024 season) & Kevin Magnussen (end of 2024 season)
American team Haas have seriously underwhelmed this season in terms of race pace and points, but they've announced that they're sticking with experienced duo Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen for next season.
The pair have performed strongly on occasion in qualifying but their car has lacked any form of consistent performance in Grand Prix races.
RB 2024 lineup
Yuki Tsunoda (end of 2024 season) & Daniel Ricciardo (end of 2024 season)
The 2023 season saw fan favourite Daniel Ricciardo return with the now-renamed Visa Cash App RB Formula One Team as Nyck De Vries was given the boot during the season due to poor performance.
The Australian will retain his seat for the 2024 season alongside Japanese star Yuki Tsunoda with the pair looking likely to finish the current season with some great results under their belts.
