What did Arshad Nadeem say on Pakistan Independence Day and why did the video go viral?

Pakistan's Olympic javelin throw gold medalist, Arshad Nadeem, shared a speech to the Pakistan public on the occasion of their Independence Day reminding about the need to be united as a nation, saying:

"Assalamualaikum, my name is Arshad Nadeem, Olympian javelin thrower. On the occasion of Pakistan's 78th Independence Day, I would like to remind all the people of Pakistan to take a pledge that we can stay united as a nation on this day and remind ourselves that 'we are one'."

"Just like we united on August 8, during the Paris 2024 Olympics, where I won a gold medal [in javelin throw] for the country, which brought happiness to Pakistanis not only in the country but also worldwide."

"I wish that all of you join me today, August 14, to change your profile pictures on social media stating 'United we Stand' like I have done. I want all of you to change your profile pictures. Let us show the world that we stand together united as one."

However, the video went viral, not for his speech, but for the snoring noise in the background, which led to hilarious reactions from netizens on the social media platform X (formerly twitter).
