Anselmino signs for Chelsea, set to stay on loan at Boca Juniors until January

Anselmino will head to London to complete his medical and finalize the paperwork for the move on July 29.

However, fans eager to see him in Chelsea blue will have to wait a bit longer. As part of the deal, Anselmino will reportedly remain on loan at Boca Juniors until January, allowing him to continue his development before making the switch to Stamford Bridge.

The young defender is highly regarded in South America and is seen as a significant investment for Chelsea's future.

The club, having recently parted ways with veteran defender Thiago Silva, are looking to bolster their defensive lineup with young talent. Anselmino, with his impressive physical and technical skills, could be a key player for Chelsea in the years to come.

The club's strategy has been focusing on acquiring young talents recently, and Anselmino's signing aligns with this idea. The Argentine has attracted attention from other top European clubs, but Chelsea acted swiftly to secure his services.

Fans are hopeful that Anselmino will quickly adapt to the rigours of the Premier League and prove to be a valuable asset for the team once he moves to England in 2025.

With his potential and the hefty investment, expectations are high for Anselmino to deliver and become an integral part of Chelsea's defence in the future.
