WWE Royal Rumble 2020

To win the Royal Rumble is every WWE star's dream. It is an opportunity to main event WrestleMania and potentially win championship gold all the while becoming a legend. This year’s Royal Rumble event looks to top previous events on January 27. In Florida, the event airs on Peacock in the U.S.

There are two (men’s and women’s) Royal Rumble contests with 30 stars on each side. The point is to throw everyone else over the top rope to the bottom of the floor. The last person in the middle of the ring in both Rumble matches earns an opportunity at a world title at WrestleMania 40 in April.

The first Royal Rumble winner was “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin has won the most Rumble matches at three, while eight have two wins. Cody Rhodes and Rhea Ripley won their respective rumble matches last year. Who will get immortalized this year?

Also on the card, Roman Reigns defends the Undisputed WWE Universal Title, while Logan Paul defends the WWE United States Title.
