Brooks Koepka trolls Spaniards Jon Rahm, Sergio Garcia with England jersey ahead of Euro 2024 Final

Tensions are high across the pond with England facing Spain in the Euro 2024 Final later this afternoon.Brooks Koepka, however, is lightening the mood in Sotogrande, Spain at LIV Golf Andalucia.

The 34-year-old golfer entered the final day of the tournament wearing an England soccer jersey, trolling Spanish group-mates Jon Rahm and Sergio Garcia.

Koepka, an American-born golfer, took the jersey off after a couple laughs from the Spaniards. He didn't play the round, or any holes, with the jersey on.

Why Brooks Koepka trolled Jon Rahm, Sergio Garcia

Koepka wore an England soccer jersey as a friendly jab between him and the two Spaniards he was paired with for the final round at LIV Golf Andalucia.

England is playing Spain in the Euro 2024 Final Sunday afternoon, so this was a way for Koepka to joke with Rahm and Garcia. 

Koepka doesn't have ties to either soccer club, but he saw an opportunity to troll his group-mates on one of soccer's most important days of the year.

It's not the only time the American-born golfer has sent friendly blows in the spotlight. Him and Panthers defenseman Aaron Ekblad had a back-and-forth that included a traffic cone and expletives.

Koepka is an American-born golfer born in West Palm Beach, Florida.

He doesn't have ties to the English soccer team and seemingly just wanted to have a laugh.
