When is Cheltenham Festival 2023? Dates, schedule and times for all races

It's that time of year again when the world's best horses and jockeys, plus some 260,000 punters, descend on Cheltenham for a thrilling few days of racing.

Cheltenham organisers announced that, this year, attendances have been capped to 68,500 per day to enhance the fan experience.

Rachael Blackmore stole all the headlines last year as she rode Honeysuckle to glory in the Champion Hurdle before triumphing on A Plus Tard in the Gold Cup.

When is Cheltenham Festival 2023?

The 2023 Cheltenham Festival takes place over four days between Tuesday, March 14 through to and including Friday, March 17.

There will be 28 races run at the 2023 event with the first race each day taking place at 13:30 GMT. The last races take place at 17:30.
