Bronny James had his best Summer League game yet.

The 19-year-old guard struggled from the field through his first four games, but he found his groove in his fifth outing against the Atlanta Hawks.

He had 12 points on 5-of-11 shooting from the field, including two 3-pointers, as the Lakers won 87-86 in regulation. It's the first win for James and the Lakers in this year's Summer League games as they improve to 1-2 in Las Vegas.

James' main blemish of the evening came in the third quarter, when he earned a technical foul. While James thought he had been fouled on his way to the basket, the referee called a clean strip and a turnover on James.

James and the Lakers will continue their Summer League schedule with a contest Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Sporting News tracked James' stats against the Hawks on Wednesday night.
