Stephen Curry was missing one piece of hardware in his basketball career: an Olympic gold medal.

He made sure he left the 2024 Paris Olympics with one around his neck.

It was Curry's first time playing for Team USA, which was a major shock to many fans. The Warriors point guard prioritized resting rather than joining the 2016 and 2021 Summer Games.

Curry, 36, was a leading catalyst for Team USA, especially in the semifinals and finals of the tournament. He made major plays, including nearly setting a new USA Olympic scoring record.

Here's a look at Curry's stats against France in the 2024 Paris Olympics gold medal match.

Stephen Curry stats vs. France

When the lights shined the brightest, Curry delivered.

France kept pace with the United States throughout the gold medal match, but Curry's fourth-quarter performance put France to sleep.

The 36-year-old hit four 3-pointers in the final three minutes, including three straight with less than two minutes.

Each 3-pointer seemingly became more and more ridiculous until Curry hit the dagger with about 34 seconds left.

Curry had eight 3-pointers in the game, leading Team USA in scoring with 24 points. Only France's Victor Wembanyama scored more (26).
