Simone Biles might be done with the 2024 Paris Olympics, but she's still got a busy schedule with gymnastics this fall.

The seven-time Olympic gold medalist told her fans via TikTok that she wouldn't be able to attend many Bears games to watch her husband Jonathan Owens in person. Owens, an NFL safety, signed with Chicago in free agency after spending 2023 with the Packers.

Biles was seen multiple times in Green Bay last year and even attended a Bears preseason game in August. She might not make many more contests this season.

Here's why Biles could miss most of the Bears games in 2024.

Why Simone Biles can't attend every Bears game

While Biles seemingly would like to be in attendance to cheer on her husband, she has her own gymnastics responsibilities to attend to.

Biles will be on the Gold Over American tour that travels to 32 locations across the United States.

"I'm not sure how many games I'll be able to make because in a few weeks we go on tour, and if you guys aren't aware, I host the Gold Over America tour," Biles said on TikTok. "I think right now we're doing about 32 stops."

Gold Over America tour schedule

Biles' Gold Over America tour spans across nearly two months beginning in mid-September and ending early November.

The tour starts in Oceanside, California during Week 2 of the NFL regular season. That means Biles should be able to attend the Bears' Week 1 matchup against the Titans in Chicago.

The others become slightly more difficult, but there still is some wiggle room for her to make games. Biles doesn't have a performance scheduled when the Bears play in Week 2 and Week 3, but she will be traveling.

The Bears play in Houston in Week 2, which is one day before Biles begins the tour in Oceanside, California. The Bears then visit the Colts in Indianapolis on Sept. 22, which is Biles' travel day from San Jose to Salt Lake City.

Biles has a performance each time the Bears play from Weeks 4-9, except Week 7 when Chicago has its bye week. She might be able to make the Week 4 matchup since the Bears play at home at the exact time she'll be performing in Chicago.

The tour ends on Nov. 3, so Biles can realistically attend more of the Bears games beginning in Week 10.

Bears 2024 schedule

Biles will be able to attend about half of the Bears games if she chooses. The seven-time Olympic gold medalist will be on tour from Week 2-9, but she may be able to attend the Weeks 2-4 matchups.

The Bears have their bye week in Week 7, which bodes well for Biles. The tour ends on Nov. 3, so she can more freely attend games starting in Week 10.
