Great Britain's Paralympic team started strongly in Paris, winning an impressive number of medals after just the first day of competition.

They are well-positioned to match or even surpass their medal count from Tokyo, having already secured several golds, silvers, and a bronze.

With 215 athletes competing at the Paris Games, there is optimism that ParalympicsGB will bring home even more medals than they did in the last Paralympics.

The Sporting News is tracking Team GB's medal tally throughout the Games and will update here as each podium finish is confirmed.
