As the FIFA 23 release date nears, EA Sports are continuing to tease fans about the new player ratings for the latest edition.
We've already seen the announcement of the best FIFA 23 Premier League players and La Liga. Now it's the turn of Serie A.
Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba were arguably the two most high-profile signings of the close season in Italy — but have the former Premier League pair come out on top in the Serie A player ratings?

Who is the best Serie A player on FIFA 23?
AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan is the highest rated Serie A player on the game, with an overall rating of 87.
The France newcomer won the Serie A Best Goalkeeper award in 2021-22, a season after helping Lille break Paris St-Germain's dominance in France to win Ligue 1.
Maignan is the only player to have reached that points rating, ahead of nine stars on 86 points, including strikers Paulo Dybala, of Roma, and Romelu Lukaku, who returned to Inter on loan from Chelsea this season.

Which Serie A club has the highest-rated players on FIFA 23?
Despite missing out on the title by two points to AC Milan in 2021-22, Inter are the side with the most players in the top 25.
Eight are Inter players, including five of the top nine. Lautaro Martinez and Lukaku, midfielders Nicolo Barella and Marcelo Brozovic and defender Milan Skriniar are all rated 86.
