After the latest blockbuster WrestleMania in Dallas, all eyes are on the upcoming calendar of WWE pay-per-view events.

With Roman Reigns now holding both major men's titles following his victory over Brock Lesnar on the "Grandest Stage of Them All", rumours around plans for Paul Heyman's client are swirling - with some fans and insiders predicting a much-anticipated showdown with The Rock, his cousin, next year.

A match of that magnitude would of course be at WrestleMania 39, but which shows can wrestling fans look forward to before then? Sporting News brings you everything you need to know.

What is the next WWE pay-per-view or "premium live event"?

The next WWE premium live event is WrestleMania Backlash. It will take place on Sunday, May 8, at the Dunkin' Donuts Center, in Providence, Rhode Island. This series of PPVs, predictably, usually continues or concludes feuds already showcased at WrestleMania, hence the name change from simply "Backlash" in 2021.

It is likely that Becky Lynch will be looking to reclaim her WWE RAW Women's championship from Bianca Belair, while Roman Reigns will face a challenger to his newly-unified titles of the WWE Championship and WWE Universal Championship.

Where and when is WrestleMania 39?

WrestleMania 39 - otherwise known as WrestleMania Hollywood - will take place on April 1 and 2, 2023, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

This was going to be the venue of WrestleMania 37, the 2021 event, before the pandemic forced its relocation to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

It will mark the fourth occasion in which the "Showcase of the Immortals" has been held over two nights. It will be the seventh WrestleMania to take place in the state of California, and the first in the Los Angeles area since the 21st edition in 2005.

SoFi Stadium is the new home of the Los Angeles Rams, and hosted their successful home Super Bowl earlier this year.

What happened to WWE Network?

The WWE Network is the promotion's online streaming service and archive of almost all its pay-per-view events, plus some additional programming. It is available to subscribers on a rolling monthly basis and was launched in 2014.

The WWE Network is still available across most of the world - except in the USA. At the start of 2021, NBC acquired the rights to the Network's content, and now shows it via their streaming service, Peacock.

How to watch WWE PPVs

WWE PPV events are available to watch in the USA via streaming on Peacock or via cable TV providers.

Outside the USA, WWE PPV events can be live streamed on the WWE Network, which runs on a rolling monthly subscription.

In Canada, WWE PPV events can also be watched on TV via Vu!, Shaw PPV or SaskTel.

In the UK, WWE PPV events can be watched on TV via BT Sport Box Office.

In Australia, WWE PPV events can be watched on TV via Foxtel.
