In the main event, Alex Pereira defends his title against Jiri Prochazka.
Pereira and Prochazka previously fought at UFC 295 on November 11, 2023, with Pereira earning a second-round TKO win to claim the vacant light heavyweight title.

In the co-main event, Diego Lopes faces former title challenger Brian Ortega, who is coming off of a Performance of the Night bonus effort against Yair Rodriguez.
The main card opens with a highly-anticipated bout between Ian Machado Garry and Michael Page, along with Mayra Bueno Silva vs. Macy Chiasson and Roman Dolidze vs. Anthony Smith.
