The Jaguars look to reclaim the AFC South crown after falling short to the Houston Texans in 2023.
After a 9-8, AFC South title season in 2022, the Jaguars finished the season 9-8. They were 8-3 and looked set to win a second straight AFC South division title before losing five of their final six games to finish at 9-8 and miss the playoffs altogether.
This year, Jacksonville's schedule is much tougher on paper and the hardest part might be the start, with first four games against 2023 playoff teams—at Miami, Cleveland, at Buffalo and at Houston. The Jaguars also play back-to-back games in London for the second season in a row. How will they fare with 2024's schedule?

The Jaguars invested hundreds of millions of dollars and added a premier draft pick, wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr., into their offense this offseason, aiming to support their franchise quarterback Trevor Lawrence and simultaneously signing him to a long-term five-year, $275 million extension with the Jaguars in June.
They also locked up their defensive leader, OLB Josh Allen, to a new five-year deal worth more than $141 million.
