Bleacher Report's Alex Ballantine is not convinced that the Cleveland Browns have enough depth in their running back room for the Week 1 game against the Dallas Cowboys.

He suggests that the Browns call 29-year-old Kareem Hunt ASAP.  Hunt is a free agent who has played for the Browns for the past five seasons.  Through his seven year NFL career with the Chiefs and Browns, he has over 6,000 all-purpose yards, 40 rushing touchdowns, and 17 receiving touchdowns.

Hunt was also a free agent last season when he got the call to join the team when Nick Chubb went down.  With Chubb and Nyheim Hines on the PUP list until at least Week 5, Jerome Ford will be the workhorse and is the only one who is 100% healthy.  Pierre Strong Jr. is recovering from a noncontact injury suffered at practice two weeks ago. D'Onta Foreman was cut as part of the formation of the 53-man-roster but re-signed after Tyler Huntley was released.

Are the Browns adopting a wait-and-see position to see how the running game goes in Week 1?  Could they call Kareem Hunt if they are not satisfied with it?  Time will tell.
