For the first time in their storied franchise history, the Packers are hosting nine games at Lambeau Field this year — and one segment of Packers season ticket holders couldn't be happier.
Green Bay season tickets are among the most prized possessions in all of sports. For the uninitiated, demand is so high they are split into two groups: Green and Gold.
There are some very specific guidelines but to make a long story short: the Green package includes six regular-season games and the Gold package includes two...
...except when their are nine games to split.
Per to the Packers' season ticket policy, revised when the NFL went to a 17-game schedule, Green and Gold will alternate the ninth game, starting with Gold receiving the first crack in 2024.

In 2024, Gold holders received the second, fifth and ninth games under the policy — and they also lucked into all three divisional opponents,
That's right, not only do Gold holders get an extra game, but they get arguably the three most important games on the schedule. (But let's be honest, Green pass holders can't complain too much about the 49ers, Dolphins and Texans).

Regardless of where exactly games fall on the schedule, holders receive the same numbered games each year at Lambeau Field. Here are the games that each of the two groups receive:
- Green: first, third, fourth, sixth, seventh, eighth
- Gold: second, fifth, ninth (new for 2024)
