Manchester City secured the treble when they beat Inter Milan 1-0 in the UEFA Champions League final on June 10.

City had already successfully defended their Premier League title courtesy of Arsenal's defeat to Nottingham Forest on May 20.

Pep Guardiola's side won the trophy with three games to spare, then beat Manchester United 2-1 to claim the FA Cup on June 3. Now the club and Manchester City Council have announced details of the public ceremony to honour their feat.

"We extend our congratulations on behalf of the city to the club and its fans," said Manchester City Council leader Bev Craig, calling the treble an "incredible achievement".
