Verstappen is second on the starting grid with Norris' teammate Oscar Piastri in the McLaren Mercedes team taking the third spot.
Charles Leclerc, who is third in the World Drivers' Championship, starts in sixth place, followed by two-time world champion Fernando Alonso. Meanwhile, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton starts in 12th place.
