There somehow are just a few weeks to go until the 2024 Major League Baseball regular season comes to an end.

It has felt like an extremely quick season and the Los Angeles Dodgers unsurprisingly are considered one of the favorites to represent the National League in the World Series. September now is here and that means that there are just a few more weeks until the real action kicks off.

Los Angeles will be in the playoffs once again, but even it has some weaknesses right now. Bleacher Report's Zachary Rymer put together a list of each team's biggest weakness and mentioned the club's injuries.

"Los Angeles Dodgers: They sure seem to rack up injuries," Rymer said. "The Dodgers are the closest thing MLB has to a perfect franchise right now. They're rich. They have an amazing front office. And though they only have one World Series championship to show for it, no team has been a more consistent winner since 2013.

"It's therefore a bummer about the injuries. The Dodgers led MLB in (Injured List) days in 2023, and things haven't taken a turn for the better in 2024. The pitching injuries, especially, amount to a veritable bloodbath."

The Dodgers can't control injuries on the roster. Injuries just happen to pop up and Los Angeles has had some bad luck. Luckily, the Dodgers don't have many other weaknesses right now with the playoffs just a few weeks away from kicking off.
