Drivers have one final shot at the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs at the Cook Out Southern 500 in Darlington. The toughest track in the league, called "The Track Too Tough to Tame," it's quite a way to go out of the regular season.

They won't last long. The last race of the Cup Series regular season, fans want a chance at seeing who will make the postseason. Plus, it's the last race on Darlington Raceway. Two weeks ahead of the race, passes cost about $40 for any of the four main seating sections: Brasington Tower, Tyler Tower, Wallace Grandstand and Pearson Tower.

When is the Cook Out Southern 500?
The Cook Out Southern 500 will race Sunday, Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. ET from Darlington Raceway in South Carolina.
It's the second of two NASCAR Cup Series races to compete at the track, following the Goodyear 400 in May.
