UPDATE: Good news, Tennessee Titans fans. Left tackle JC Latham was able to return to practice after exiting briefly. It isn't clear exactly what forced his exit, but chances are it was just cramps.

The Tennessee Titans have a new injury to monitor, as left tackle JC Latham appeared to get hurt during the joint practice with the Seattle Seahawks on Wednesday.

According to ESPN's Turron Davenport, Latham limped off the field and had his left hamstring worked on upon getting to the sideline. Hopefully it's just a cramp, but we can't say for sure as of this writing. Geron Christian took over at left tackle in Latham's place.

The Titans drafted Latham in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft and are hoping he's the long-term solution at left tackle after Tennessee had the worst situation in the NFL at that position the past two years.

Everything has been positive with Latham throughout the offseason in terms of what he's shown, especially when it comes to his work ethic. He made his preseason debut last week and had a solid showing overall, although he was tough on himself.

"As a group, I'd probably give it a B," Latham said, per Jim Wyatt. "There's still some things we can clean up. But I feel like I didn't play to the standard of the group. I give myself a C, honestly. I did some good things out there, but a lot of errors where I can improve in, so I didn't live up to the standard of the level we want to play at."

We'll update this page once more information is available about Latham's injury.
