Team USA swimmer Katie Ledecky, who is competing in her fourth Summer Games, is now the most decorated women's swimmer in Olympic history with eight Olympic gold medals, four silver medals and one bronze medal to date.

Ledecky is tied with Thompson at eight gold medals, but she's the favorite to win the 800m freestyle on Saturday. She also won gold in the 1500m freestyle and bronze in the women's 400m freestyle during the Paris Games.
