College football kicks into full gear this week, with No. 14 Clemson vs. No. 1 Georgia taking center stage on Saturday.

No. 14 Clemson vs. No. 1 Georgia odds and prediction

Here are Clemson vs. Georgia odds at Caesars Sportsbook:

Caesars Sportsbook odds Spread Moneyline Total
Clemson +13 +460 OVER 49
Georgia -13 -650 UNDER 49

Georgia quarterback Carson Beck (pictured above) ranks among the betting favorites to win the 2024 Heisman Trophy. Beck threw for nearly 4,000 yards and 24 touchdowns last season.

The Bulldogs are loaded on offense, with former Florida RB Trevor Etienne and wide receivers Dominic Lovett and Dillon Bell. Georgia's defense is perennially among the nation's stingiest. DBs Mykel Williams and Malaki Starks form arguably the most talented secondary duo in the nation.

Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik struggled in his first year as starting QB for the Tigers, with nine interceptions to go with 19 TDs. Big things are expected from RB Phil Mafah with Will Shipley now toiling in the NFL. Mafah ran for 965 yards and led the Tigers with 13 TDs last season.

Clemson head coach Debo Swinney is not a believer in the transfer portal, but his defense is stacked again despite the departure of leading tackler Jeremiah Trotter Jr.

Prediction: UNDER 49

No. 19 Miami at Florida odds and prediction

Check out odds for Miami vs. Florida at BetMGM.

BetMGM Sportsbook odds Spread Moneyline Total
Miami -2.5 -150 OVER 54.5
Florida +2.5 +125 UNDER 54.5

Miami scored big-time in the transfer portal, landing QB Cam Ward from Washington State. Ward, who can be found on Heisman Trophy odds boards, was joined by former Oregon State RB Damien Martinez. Top WR Xavier Restrepo is back in the fold for the Hurricanes.

Florida head coach Billy Napier is 11-14 in two seasons at the helm. The Gators won just five games last season under the direction of QB Graham Mertz. Leading rusher Montrell Johnson Jr. (817 yards and five TDs) and WR Eugene Wilson III (538 receiving yards and six TDs) are key players on offense with the departure of Trevor Etienne to Florida.

Prediction: Miami -2.5

No. 7 Notre Dame at No. 20 Texas A&M odds and prediction

Here are Notre Dame vs. Texas A&M odds from BetRivers.

BetRivers Sportsbook odds Spread Moneyline Total
Notre Dame +3 +120 OVER 46.5
Texas A&M -3 -150 UNDER 46.5

Notre Dame features another former ACC QB in Riley Leonard. The former signal-caller at Duke follows former Wake Forest QB Sam Hartman as Notre Dame's starter.

Leonard's mobility is key, as he piled up 352 yards and four TDs on the ground despite only playing seven games due to injury last year. In the previous season, he led Duke with 699 yards rushing and 13 TDs.

Former Duke coach Mike Elko, now helming Texas A&M, knows all about Leonard. The Aggies landed two key defensive players in the transfer portal in edge rusher Nic Scourton (Purdue) and CB Dezz Ricks (Alabama).

Notre Dame lost starting left tackle Charles Jagusah for the season after he suffered an upper body injury early in camp. Expect the Aggies to prevail here in a defensive tussle.

Prediction: UNDER 46.5

No. 13 LSU vs. No. 23 USC odds and prediction

Here's a look at LSU vs. USC odds at FanDuel Sportsbook:

FanDuel Sportsbook odds Spread Moneyline Total
LSU -4.5 -196 OVER 63.5
USC +4.5 +162 UNDER 63.5

There's no Jayden Daniels or Caleb Williams here, but you can expect plenty of points with two high-octane offense taking the field at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday night.

Miller Moss takes over for Williams as USC's starting quarterback. LSU counters with Garrett Nussmeier in place of Daniels at quarterback.

LSU led the nation in scoring with 45.5 points per game last season. USC checked in at third with 41.8 ppg.

Prediction: OVER 63.5

Boston College at No. 16 Florida State* odds and prediction

Here's BC vs. FSU odds at Bet365 Sportsbook:

Bet365 Sportsbook odds Spread Moneyline Total
BC +17 +550 OVER 50
FSU -17 -800 UNDER 50

*The new AP top-25 rankings won't be released until Tuesday, but Florida State dropped to No. 16 in ESPN's updated FPI rankings after its Week 0 loss to Georgia Tech.

Former Clemson and Oregon State quarterback DJ Uiagalelei struggled in his debut for Florida State. The Seminoles scored all of their points on the ground and off the leg of kicker Ryan Fitzgerald, who made two 50+ yard field goals, including a 59-yarder in Dublin.

We're not interested in a side or total here, but we'll wait for prop odds on Uiagalelei's passing yards. A total of 235 could be had for the opener against Georgia Tech, and he fell way short at 193 yards passing (and no TD passes). He only averaged 219.8 yards per game at Oregon State last season. We'll use that for our estimated total vs. Boston College.

Prediction: DJ Uiagalelei UNDER 220 passing yards

No. 8 Penn State at West Virginia odds and prediction

Here's Penn State vs. West Virginia odds at DraftKings Sportsbook:

DraftKings Sportsbook odds Spread Moneyline Total
Penn State -8.5 -290 OVER 51.5
West Virginia  +8.5 +235 UNDER 51.5

West Virginia is capable of putting up some points on offense and giving a bunch up on defense. Running backs Jahiem White (team-high 842 rushing yards last season) and C.J. Donaldson (798) combined with quarterback Garrett Greene (772) to score 28 touchdowns on the ground last season. All three are back in Morgantown the season.

Penn State rolled up 478 yards of total offense in last year's 38-15 win over West Virginia. Drew Allar is back at QB for the Nittany Lions. He went for 325 passing yards and three TDs vs. WVU right around this time last year. Expect more of the same here.

Prediction: OVER 51.5
