Just when Roxanne Perez thought she had the whole world in her hands, a sudden and icy chill shot down her spine as Giulia made her WWE debut following the NXT Women’s Championship match at No Mercy in Denver — to an insane pop — after Perez successfully defended her title against Jaida Parker.

And, with that, the stage is set for a feud that will feed families on the Black and Gold Brand, considering Perez has a chance at etching her name alongside Asuka in the NXT history books at the next PLE, but only if she makes it there.

Giulia is eyeing the belt, and Perez knows it — general manager Shawn Michaels stoking the flames of what’s to come.

“Believe the hype,” said HBK

It goes without saying that Paul Levesque agrees.

"No doubt Giulia is an absolute star with a bright future in WWE," said Triple H. "What a time to be part of WWE NXT Women’s division."

There can be no doubt that, even prior to the addition of Giulia, the women’s division in NXT was the most formidable within the WWE, and one could argue within all of professional wrestling. Adding her to the mix, as well as Stephanie Vaquer and others, makes it an absolute powder keg of talent and competitive fire.

The move to the CW is set to be a special one.
